Our board members are a great group of volunteers with a wide range of skills and experience. Board members are elected each year at our annual meeting and typically serve one year, with the exception of Secretary and Treasurer, who serve for 2 years. The Vice President becomes President the year following his or her service as Vice President.
The conduct of all business of the Association is vested in the Board of Directors and its officers: President, Vice President, Secretary and Treasurer, with the assistance of the immediate past president and chairs for the committees listed below.
Meetings of the Board are held at the call of the president and are open to any resident of Cedar Creek. They are typically held on the fourth Monday of each month. The date and time of each upcoming board meeting can be found on our “In The Know” page. All Cedar Creek residents can volunteer to serve on the board or on any committees. The roles of the officers and committees are described in the CCCA By-Laws found on the History page of this website.
